During the launch of the brand itself Brand Matterz created an ultimate luxurious experience with the tagline ‘Privie to just a few’. With a strong positioning statement as such, the brand instantly made its mark on the Pune luxury home circle. Soon the who’s who of the city flocked towards the projects and the journey of luxurious settlements began.

Repositioning
Reducing the boxed approach and giving it a small opening to accommodate the word ‘Kumar’ gave this logo a welcoming attitude but still kept the privacy and luxurious component intact. A luxurious emerald green as the brand colour added the perfect amount of brightness to the brand without making it seem like a drastic shift. This makeover brought in a whole new set of clients to the brand without compromising on the aesthetic and brand value.

Like a painting that is exclusive and just one in the world, the last villament at Kumar Shiloh was as precious and valued. Working on this metaphor, we created a visual that was dark in colour to showcase luxury with an abstract bright painting and a man admiring the one of its kind art. The tagline ‘Now only one can prevail’ was set to build a sense of extraordinary that is available for just one lucky home buyer.

Easily of the most popular projects in Baner, Ivory Estate, Kumar Sanctum is crafted to perfection. Spacious homes, luxurious location and designed by the best, this project has it all. Using that concept, we couldn’t say anything more but ‘it doesn’t get better than this’ and that was the caption locked in for the project. The sepia tone in colours and the elegance of the model against the backdrop of the elevation gives the artwork a sense of utmost luxury.

A project that has won awards for its extremely unique elevation and beautifully laid out homes, Kumar Sienna has been a true passion project. With providing the best of the best at this project located on Magarpatta road, it is truly ‘beautiful inside out’. With a strong caption as such, the image of the interior of the home showcases the same. A little bit of the inside where you can gauge the size of the home and the beautiful balcony with a view to understand the beauty of the outside. A simplistic yet impactful campaign indeed.

This project takes privacy to the next level with elevators that reach to your home and abundant space that is designed for luxury. The project is built for a larger life and therefore, ‘Extra Space for a larger life’ was the caption. With typography on the word space and showcasing a sprawling interior image, this campaign completely took over the Baner-Pashan Link Road projects.
